Congratulations Chloe Thompson

Buzzell, Welsh & Hill would like to congratulate attorney Chloe Thompson on her recent completion of the Georgia Bar Examination. We are excited to announce that Chloe has been granted provisional licensure to practice law in Georgia while she awaits her bar exam results.

Chloe has been with our firm since law school, starting off as an intern and then being hired on as a law clerk while she completed her degree. Now, as an attorney, Chloe will begin representing clients in workers’ comp and personal injury cases. Because of the COVID-19 pandemic, the Georgia Bar Examination was postponed from July to October, forcing many law school graduates to adjust their employment plans. In order to help ease this disruption, the Supreme Court of Georgia authorized the provisional admission of recent law school graduates, provided they work under the supervision of experienced attorneys. After passing the Georgia bar, provisionally licensed graduates will receive full bar privileges.

All of us here at Buzzell, Welsh & Hill are excited for Chloe and this next step in her career! We are extremely proud of Chloe’s hard work and dedication during this challenging time. We are confident she will continue to work hard to achieve justice for our clients.
